Yes, please keep that package name for the name being.
What do you mean by passing all that information as URL? 
How about using a POST method with some specified input names
instead?

I tried the package you prepared and the simple query appeared
to work well. Good work!

For our paper I can provide lots of introductory material for
RDF, perhaps Stefan has some on query languages in general,
and perhaps Dan has some ideas about test runs with the library
classification codes, for example? You just need to learn how
OntoBroker represents queries and rules... :)
