Mozilla Development Roadmap
The Mozilla Development Roadmap
refines the milestone schedule for calendar year 2001 and calls for
community help in defining Mozilla 1.0. Please start nominating and
targeting bugs according to this schedule.
New Check-in Rules
To improve code quality, mozilla.org now requires all changes to be
approved by a designated Mozilla
code reviewer. This extra level of review applies to everyone,
including Netscape engineers.
Open Source Crypto Library Released
NSS
3.1 Beta 1 has been released, including a new implementation of the
RSA algorithm. This release provides, for the first time, a
complete open-source implementation of the Netscape crypto
libraries, and will be used in a future version of Personal
Security Manager for Mozilla.
